Your Responsibilities This position is a temporary role as a childcare worker. You will work as student support in the classroom during the morning and in one of the school's afterschool programs in the afternoon. You will actively help create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful day for all our students. We are looking for someone who has the willingness and ability to collaborate with other educators in the work team and who has a professional approach when working with students and colleagues. You also need to be able to handle various situations that may arise during the school day in a safe and responsible manner. Qualifications It is desirable if you have previous experience working in elementary school, with a particular focus on afterschool program activities. You have clear leadership skills and a strong ability to build trusting and positive relationships with students, while also being able to lead and structure the group in a clear manner. You communicate well both verbally and in writing and have professional and clear dialogue with guardians. We work from a student perspective where all students do their best, and where it is our responsibility to create conditions for this by adapting our approach and instruction based on each student's needs.
