JOB DUTIES
As a preschool teacher, you will be part of a work team that works according to current guidelines and regulations for the preschool. Together as a team, you work for children's development and learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has preschool teacher training or other pedagogical experience. Knowledge of autism is a merit, as is sharing the preschool's focus. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development, so good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
