TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine municipalities. We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, provides developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children ages 1-5 years. We are now seeking a trained childcare provider with experience for a 40 hour/week position at Näsbylundens Preschool. Näsbylunden is a preschool for you if you are motivated and driven by collaboration, both with your team colleagues and across the entire preschool. We value and prioritize work satisfaction and care greatly about our work environment where communication and attentiveness are our primary tools. We have a well-functioning organization that is both stress-preventive and has room for scheduled planning time each week. Näsbylunden is located in bright facilities near Näsbyparks center, with a large outdoor play area and beautiful nearby surroundings. The preschool consists of four departments. Fjärilen, Trollsländan, and Nyckelpigan have mixed-age groups with children ages 1-4 years, and Humlan is for the oldest children at preschool, ages 4-5 years. The preschool is led by our principal Linda Byskén together with two workplace leaders, and each department is led by a trained preschool teacher who holds the position of team leader. We strive to maintain high quality in our education by ensuring that our instruction feels content-rich and interesting for the children. Play is central to everything we do so that children's learning feels meaningful and enjoyable. Children are offered different types of instruction every day, for example morning meetings, organized stations, collaborative project weeks, and planned activities in mixed-age groups. Experience working with groups of children is a requirement, as is experience working with children with special needs. Childcare provider training and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are requirements.
