We are a small, family-oriented parent cooperative preschool in Ektorp, Nacka, with approximately 15 children aged 1–5 years. Our activities are characterized by community and curiosity, with a focus on children's language development, free play, and creative activities. Daily outdoor time in forest and nature is a natural part of our daily routine. We work in small groups and place great emphasis on secure relationships between children, educators, and our guardians, who are also actively involved in the cooperative.

Job Description
As a preschool assistant, you will participate in daily educational activities together with the team. Your responsibilities include:
Working on children's language development.
Leading small groups of children with focus on each child's individual needs.
Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for each child.
Planning and follow-up of educational activities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is responsible, able to work independently, and comfortable with outdoor time in nature. You should be familiar with the preschool curriculum.
About the Position
Work time: minimum 50%, with good opportunities for extended hours in the organization.
Salary range: 150-168 kr/hour (equivalent to approximately 24,000-27,000 on a full-time basis), based on experience and education level in accordance with collective agreement.
Qualifications
Language: Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Work Experience
Previous experience working with small children (1-5 years)
