JOB DUTIES We are looking for two childcare workers for Hästen Principal's Area. One of the positions is currently placed at the Karlavagnen preschool in Yttermalung. The job as a childcare worker involves seeing and working according to the children's needs and implementing the activities planned by the team. You have a holistic perspective, can direct attention where it is needed and have positive expectations of the children and your colleagues. Together with the educators, you collaborate in both pedagogically planned teaching and free activities. You actively participate in the work and routine situations that are part of the activities. A large part of the work involves working outdoors. Contact and collaboration with guardians is also an important part of the work. All work with children and adult collaboration must be permeated by the preschool's values, norms and principles. It is important that you wish to cooperate, have a holistic perspective and are engaged and solution-oriented in a positive way. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a childcare worker or have other education that the employer considers relevant. You are positive, creative and passionate about children's learning. You have the ability to work in a structured and flexible manner when the situation requires it. You treat guardians, children, colleagues and principal with respect and attentiveness. Since large parts of the job are based on us adults together creating a safe and pleasant everyday life for the children, you must enjoy working in a team. As a person, you are responsible, show commitment to the task and have the ability to take initiative to perform various work tasks that are part of the job. You should be confident in your professional role and be prepared to take responsibility and initiative to drive the preschool's development forward. A category driver's license is a requirement. Salary range: The salary for the position is currently within the range of 26,500 SEK - 30,500 per month, based on 2025 salary levels. Employment type: Permanent employment.
