You have a central role in meeting families' needs, making medical and nursing assessments and prioritizations. You work in health promotion, counseling, and treatment both via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic. Work at the health center may also become relevant. You will work with health checks, vaccinations, and parent groups. The patient group is children 0-6 years old with families. Collaboration occurs in multidisciplinary teams at the clinic and cooperation also takes place with external care providers such as preschools, schools, family centers, and specialist healthcare. We work with extended home visits conducted in teams with social advisors. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervision of students is also part of your role at the unit. About You You are a licensed nurse with specialist education as a pediatric nurse or district nurse. It is beneficial if you have experience working with children and youth and/or have supervisor training (7.5 credits), but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. We seek someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients in this work, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and find it self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits. We appreciate that you have an interest in digitalization and business development. A professional approach and good conduct toward patients, customers, and colleagues are self-evident to you. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center.
