About the position As a nurse with us, you become part of a dedicated team that works closely together with other professions to provide patients with the best possible care. We work in a multidisciplinary manner together with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, dietitians, social workers, and physical therapists. The Pediatric Cardiac Center conducts both planned and acute activities, which means varied work with outpatient visits, telephone consultations, independent nurse clinics, vaccinations, and medical advice before and after surgery. With us, you work as a patient-responsible nurse alongside a patient-responsible physician. You follow a number of children and their families over a long period, which provides the opportunity to create continuity and long-term relationships. The Pediatric Cardiac Center operates in Solna, Huddinge, and Uppsala. Your primary placement is at the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic in Solna. We are looking for you who: - Are interested in outpatient nursing care, enjoy teamwork, and have a desire to develop and learn new things - Take initiative and drive your work forward with focus on the patient's best interest - Are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness and adapt your actions based on the situation - Work in a structured manner, plan, and organize your work efficiently - Have a professional approach and contribute to good collaboration with patients, relatives, and colleagues Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
