We look forward to getting to know you! What do we offer you? As a BVC nurse at the child health center, you will meet families during the child's first important years of life. We are looking for someone who is passionate about children and their rights. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm with the national child health care program. You work independently but always have colleagues nearby to collaborate and discuss matters with. The role as BVC nurse is varied, including vaccinations, home visits, doctor's appointments, developmental assessments, and especially supporting parents during one of life's most important phases. We use the Take Care journal system and we would like you to be able to handle this system. We would like you to be involved in working with processes and routines. You will find wonderful colleagues here, great care for one another, and lots of laughter characterizes the team. We are a small BVC with only two BVC nurses, but since we share premises with Järna Rehab and Järna Health Center, there are many colleagues in wonderful harmony where community is strong. Our professional staff in the other operations include doctors, psychologists, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinator, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractor, dietitian, and medical secretaries. All with the same mission - To be the health center, rehab, BVC with a big heart! Who are we looking for? We are seeking a competent and positive nurse with specialist education as a pediatric nurse or district nurse. We would like you to have previous experience working at a child health center. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and your contribution to an open and positive work environment together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, it is important that you work well independently, prioritize effectively, and have good collaboration skills with the rest of the team. Of course, you always keep the family in focus and you care for good treatment both on the phone and in personal meetings. Driver's license category B is a requirement. Employment and Application The position is a permanent role. We apply a probation period. The position is part-time at 60-75%, but a setup with a shared position at the health center to be able to work full-time can be discussed with the right candidate.
