Contribute your expertise and help develop care forward. The role of midwife/nurse As a midwife or nurse at the Women's Clinic, you work in a team and meet women at all stages of life. We are engaged and development-oriented and constantly work to improve care for our patients. Your expertise, thoughts and ideas will be a welcome contribution to this work. Your future workplace The Women's Clinic at Värnamo Hospital provides gynecological and obstetric services 24/7. We offer good, safe and accessible care with high medical expertise, both in preventive women's health care and during pregnancy, childbirth, gynecological disease and young people's reproductive health. Your profile We are looking for someone who is a licensed midwife or alternatively a licensed nurse. We welcome both those new to the profession and those with long experience who want to continue developing within the Women's Clinic's broad mission. You can provide security in patient encounters and have a professional and empathetic approach. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible and unpretentious, and have the courage to act and make decisions even in situations that may be complex or challenging. The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours in the inpatient care are scheduled for day, evening and night shifts with on-call duty two weekends out of five.
