Flexible working hours: You have significant influence over your own scheduling and good opportunities for approved time off when you need it. Trust-based time and remote work: Opportunities exist for trust-based time to work from home on certain administrative tasks. Smooth commute: Is Höör far away? Not at all. By train, it's just 20 minutes from Lund and 35 minutes from Malmö. We cover your commute card, and since you can use trust-based time during travel, your workday won't be longer than if you worked locally. Who are you?
