We work closely with our consultants as a team. Requirements or preferences: Licensed midwife with at least 5 years of clinical experience in maternity care in the acute setting. Certification in CTG training and pelvic floor training must be demonstrated at start. Midwife must be able to supervise students if required and assist in assessing them. Level S-HLR adult and NEO HLR Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You are flexible and can adapt to different working conditions. You are confident and have the ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead work. We are looking for someone who values personal responsibility, participation, and contributes to a positive work environment. You are attentive and treat people with respect and care. We are with you every step of the way from assignment start, continuously throughout the assignment, and when it's time to look ahead. We support you from finding the best assignments for you, booking travel and accommodation if needed, serving as a sounding board during the assignment, and staying one step ahead for your next assignment.
