Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division for Nearby Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary care is organized in 4 nearby care areas and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and nearby care. Each nearby care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic and the nearby care unit Näva, which are all grant-financed.
At Lugnvik Health Center, we work in close collaboration between different professional groups and base our work on RAK to use our expertise in the best way. We value a good work environment, development and cooperation. With approximately 7,500 registered patients, we conduct patient-focused activities and have close collaboration with Lits Health Center.

WORK TASKS
The position's employment level/scope is 50%, but we are open to proposals and discussion if you are interested in a higher employment level/scope.
You will be part of a cheerful and competent work team and work with typical midwife tasks in primary care. You work independently with reproductive and sexual health, pregnancy monitoring, parent support in groups, contraceptive advice, STI prevention work and gynecological screening tests.
QUALIFICATIONS
A requirement for this position is that you are a licensed midwife. Meriting factors are experience from similar work tasks, work within primary care.
You want to work for good primary care with high accessibility and quality. You have a genuine interest in people and focus on the patient/family. We value that you are engaged and flexible as a person with good collaboration skills and a desire to be part of developing the operations.
