About Us: Vävarns Kaffe is a cozy and popular coffee bar located at Tvärbanans station Sickla Udde in Hammarby Sjöstad. We are known for our personal atmosphere and our exquisite coffee and bread. We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented barista who wants to become part of our team. Employment starts in September. Job Description: As a barista at Vävarns Kaffe, you are our face to the customer. You are responsible for making coffee, sandwiches and salads, serving bread from our bakery, and more. Personal qualities are very important to us, as we value a friendly and positive attitude. We have many regular customers. It's an extra plus if you can bake. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, bread and salads Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Handle the cash register and keep the work area clean and organized Open and close the café including cleaning Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a barista Good knowledge of latte art and interest in coffee Strong communication and collaboration skills Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations Flexibility and willingness to learn new things Employment Type: Hourly position (just over half-time on weekdays).
