As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks of a Barista, but the role also includes responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. For this reason, it's an advantage if you have worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are accustomed to working irregular hours.
