Your Responsibilities As a barback, you are an important support for our bartenders and ensure that the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for keeping the bar well-stocked, clean, and organized, which creates the best conditions for delivering excellent drinks and fast service to our guests. Selected Work Tasks • Restocking beverages, ice, glasses, and other supplies behind the bar. • Keeping the bar clean and neat, including dishwashing and cleaning of work surfaces and equipment. • Assisting bartenders with preparations, such as cutting fruit and preparing simple drink components. • Ensuring an adequate supply of clean glasses and bar tools. • Receiving and unpacking deliveries. • Managing waste and maintaining order in storage areas. You have an eye for detail, are thorough, and find it easy to maintain order even when the pace is high. Since families with children are our most important target group, it's important that you can specifically understand the perspective and needs of children. You are flexible, take responsibility, and work well with others – while also not hesitating to take your own initiative when needed. Requirements • You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Meritorious • Driver's license and access to a car. • Experience with similar work tasks as described above. Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace against these issues.
