As our Bar & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in developing our entire beverage business. From our cocktail bar and restaurants to large events, banquets, trade shows and hotel experiences. Here, high volumes meet diverse concepts and thousands of guests – which means the possibilities are truly endless. One day you're developing the next beverage concept, analyzing sales and reviewing pricing. The next day you're in the thick of operations alongside our bartenders, seeing what actually works when the bar is full. You'll lead and develop our bartenders and supervisors, drive beverage strategy together with restaurant managers and the F&B team, and ensure we're constantly getting better. About the role You will, among other things: develop our bars, beverage concepts and offerings lead, inspire and develop our bartenders and supervisors find the right selection for the right restaurant, target group and occasion work with pricing, sales, profitability and key metrics follow trends and turn the best ideas into reality work with sustainability, smarter purchasing and inventory optimization be out in operations – where guests, team members and experiences happen run training programs that build product knowledge and boost our upselling skills Who are you? You have solid experience from bars, restaurants or hospitality and have previously worked in a leadership role. You know your beverages, understand sales and economics, and find the combination of product + people + business absolutely fascinating. You stay calm when the pace is fast, enjoy making decisions and bring people along with you. You're curious, unpretentious and have both the courage and ideas for how things can be done better.
