Are you meticulous, creative, and passionate about baking and pastry work? Then you might be the one we're looking for! We're seeking an engaged and responsible Baker/Pastry Chef who wants to help create a bakery that is well-stocked, inspiring, and maintains the highest quality. We'd love for you to have previous experience as a baker or pastry chef and a degree from a bakery or pastry program. Experience working in a retail bakery is preferred, and you're accustomed to working with top-quality ingredients. You also have a good understanding of food hygiene and experience with self-control programs. You have an eye for detail and presentation, know what it takes to create products that maintain high quality, and enjoy giving our customers a truly great shopping experience. You'll be an important part of our team and have the opportunity to develop alongside us. Qualifications: Trained baker/pastry chef – you have a degree from a bakery or pastry program and previous experience in the profession. Retail bakery experience – you have experience working in a retail bakery and understand the importance of quality, pace, and customer focus. Quality-conscious and meticulous – you're used to working with top-quality ingredients and have an eye for detail, taste, and presentation. Structured and responsible – you have experience with self-control programs and are careful about hygiene, procedures, and food safety. Creative and engaged – you're passionate about baking and pastry work and enjoy creating inspiring products that maintain high quality. Service-oriented and customer-focused – you enjoy meeting customers and contributing to a truly great customer experience. A positive team player – you enjoy collaborating and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. Ambitious and development-oriented – you want to continue developing within bakery and pastry work and would like to help develop the product range. Do you recognize yourself?
