We are now expanding our bakery at Coop Skövde Vipans Gränd. We are looking for a new team member who wants to inspire our customers with good food, interesting events, surprises, and world-class service.
Our store bakery is very popular and together with our other fresh products forms the heart of the store. We bake bread, pastries, cakes, and baked goods completely from scratch, and we see that you, like us, take great pride in that. As a baker/pastry chef, you have significant responsibility for creating a vibrant store alongside your colleagues that continuously exceeds our customers' expectations. Each customer should feel unique through your service mindset and creativity. We set our sights high and continually strive to improve ourselves, both in our processes and our assortment. Therefore, we are looking for a driven team member with high energy levels who will help us, together with colleagues, continue developing our store bakery.
As a baker/pastry chef, you should be able to offer our customers a fresh and inviting department every day of the week. Your work tasks include everything from bread production to working with the store's catering operations, baking cakes, and making pastry items. It's important that you have a sense for spotting trends and innovations to maximize sales in combination with our customers' unique wishes. We see that you have education or equivalent experience in the profession, and if you also have prior experience working with fresh products in a store, that would be very valuable.
It's important to us that you enjoy working at a fast pace and that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations. We see that you have relevant education as a baker or pastry chef and experience working in this field. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
