JOB DUTIES As a pool attendant, you ensure a safe stay for our guests visiting the swimming facility and together with colleagues make sure the bathhouse meets expectations regarding service, cleanliness and pool supervision. Job duties: • Lifeguard and pool supervision • Swimming instructor, plan and conduct swimming lessons for school students and for the pool's own programs for all ages, from baby swimming to adult swimming school • Facility maintenance • Customer service • Cash register operation • Water exercise instructor • Water treatment • Plan, develop and conduct various activities and events • Café operations Working hours are 38.25 hours per week and include service on mornings, afternoons and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS To work as a pool attendant with us, you need to have good swimming skills and be comfortable in water. We consider it a requirement that you have completed the Gold Badge certification. You are over 18 years old and speak Swedish and English as required in daily work. We consider it a merit if you have swimming instructor training or other equivalent education. It is also a merit if you have work experience in this field. We would like to see experience in customer service work and good computer skills. We are looking for someone with good judgment and the ability to act calmly even in stressful situations. Since you will extensively meet our pool guests, you need to be service-oriented and have the interest and ability to help others. Work is done in a team and it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to be part of our business development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
