JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ronneby Municipality is seeking two responsible and initiative-driven lifeguards for our swimming hall. The positions are on a continuing basis at 40%, with varying work hours that include weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays). Your primary workplace is Ronneby Swimming Hall, but you will also work at other bathing facilities in the municipality. You should be accustomed to working independently, making your own decisions, have good initiative skills, be service-oriented, and have an easy way of meeting people in different situations. You also need to have good physical ability. As a lifeguard, you have a key role in ensuring safety, well-being, and security for our visitors. The position is broad and includes: • Lifeguarding and rescue • Cash register work and customer service • Cleaning and maintenance of facilities and premises • Independent work with personal responsibility We offer you a varied and responsible job in an engaged team where you help create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. QUALIFICATIONS Swimmer with ability to swim at least 200 meters Pass a lifeguard rescue test * Start in the water for 25 meters of swimming followed by retrieving a rescue dummy or equally sized person from 3-4 meters depth followed by 25 meters of towing a colleague in a life buoy. Maximum time 1 minute 30 seconds. * Dive from the side of the pool (preferably straight down) to retrieve a rescue dummy or equally sized person from 3-4 meters depth. Bring the dummy to the nearest side of the pool and place it on land. There are legal requirements for a criminal record check. Salary Form: Monthly salary. Employment Type: Continuing employment.
