The Role
As a pool and sports hall worker, you'll share responsibility with other staff members for day-to-day operations, including the cash desk/kiosk, gym, and swimming pool.
In our swimming and sports halls, you're an important part of creating a safe, welcoming, and secure experience for our residents. Working hours span from morning to evening, weekdays and weekends.
This is a temporary position at 75% employment from October 1, 2026 to February 26, 2027.

Are You the Right Fit?
You have professional experience from at least one of the following areas: health/fitness, service, or technical operations.
You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
You are confident, positive, engaged, and responsible. You communicate well, collaborate easily, and enjoy meeting people.
Experience or qualifications in swimming instruction are a plus.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. A certificate from the police criminal record register is required before employment can be finalized.
