The Culture and Recreation Administration is one of Mjölby Municipality's six departments. With approximately 240 employees, we create opportunities for our visitors and residents to experience and participate in a diverse recreational and cultural life. We operate our own activities and provide support to cultural and recreational activities run by volunteer associations, study organizations, associations, and other actors. The department includes libraries, swimming facilities, cultural school, youth centers, and other cultural and recreational activities.
Lundbybadet's goal is to offer a meeting place for fitness and health, and to increase swimming proficiency among our residents. We want our customers to feel welcome with us. At Lundbybadet, 13 permanent employees work alongside external instructors and part-time staff. Together we have a good team spirit. We are now seeking a substitute Aquatic and Fitness Attendant!

DUTIES
The position involves varied tasks where service and safety are the focus. The duties include:
• reception work and sales
• providing service, information, and guidance to our guests
• supervision and ensuring safety in the pool area
• some technical maintenance and service
• cleaning and maintenance of the swimming hall and common areas
• café operations with simple food and beverage preparation
The role also includes leading swimming classes, water training, and group training. You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for, develop, and drive your own area of responsibility forward in close collaboration with your manager and colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• has completed upper secondary education
• has good computer and system skills
• is a proficient swimmer and is in good physical condition
Early in the recruitment process, you will take a swimming test, which you must pass to move forward in the process.
We consider the following as merits:
• previous experience with the BRP cash register system
• previous experience in service-oriented work
• previous experience working at a swimming facility and/or fitness center
• training in group training and/or water training, or alternatively experience leading fitness activities

You like to take initiative and actively contribute to the development of the operation. You enjoy working collaboratively with others, are responsive, show respect and empathy, and have an unpretentious approach where you appreciate and highlight the contributions of others.
