About the Position: Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Handelsbanken, two Back Office Consultants for FX & Securities Lending/Collateral. This assignment is part of our personnel leasing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Handelsbanken for 4 months. You will belong to one of six teams where you work closely with both internal functions and external counterparties. The role involves a combination of operational management of daily flows and improvement work where you have the opportunity to influence how processes develop. Examples of responsibilities: • Business settlement and transaction flow management • Confirmations, account and position reconciliations • Customer setup and administrative banking processes • Daily contact with Swedish and international counterparties and corporate customers • Collaboration with, for example, Treasury, Front Office, and Finance • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient working methods We're Looking for You If: We're looking for someone with several years of experience from the financial market and a good understanding of financial instruments. You enjoy working analytically, structured, and carefully with figures and data. We'd like to see that you have: • Experience from a bank, finance, or similar business • Good understanding of financial instruments and business flows • Strong skills in Excel and experience working with data • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience with: • Settlement and business settlement • Securities and payment flows • Securities lending or collateral • Administrative banking processes or office operations We believe your personal qualities are crucial to how well you'll thrive in the role at Handelsbanken.
