Are you a Backend Developer driven by complex technical challenges who wants to build systems that prevent financial crime? We are looking for a developer for the Financial Crime Prevention function. With us, you will be a key player in a self-organizing team where we combine technical excellence with deep understanding of banking operations. About the Role The team, which is part of Financial Crime Prevention, develops applications and services to effectively work preventatively against money laundering and financing of terrorism. The team works cross-functionally across the entire Svea group and you will have great opportunities to influence both your own work and the team's efforts. Your focus is on backend (.NET/C#), but you move freely across the entire stack to create simple solutions in a regulatory complex environment. We work value-driven, with short feedback loops and continuous improvements. We place great emphasis on architecture, and we see that you have both interest and ability to build scalable systems that meet high security requirements. Experience and Qualifications Experience: 5 years as a developer. You are confident in your experience and enjoy supporting junior colleagues. Tech Stack: Very good knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL Server, React, and CI/CD pipelines. Architecture: Experience with microservices, Event Sourcing, and Azure DevOps. Domain: We consider it a great plus if you have experience from Banking & Finance and have experience working with regulatory requirements. Education: University degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent work experience. Languages: Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Who Are You?
