About the role As a backend developer, you work on client projects developing and enhancing backend solutions, often in environments where security is a central concern. You are involved throughout the development process, from design and architecture to implementation and improvement of existing systems. In this role, you build backend services and APIs with a focus on robust system design and secure code. You identify and manage risks in applications, participate in technical decisions, and collaborate closely with other developers, architects, and the business. At the same time, you actively contribute to elevating security considerations within the team and strengthening the overall quality of deliverables. We are looking for you with Minimum 4 years of backend development experience Experience with API development (REST or similar) Experience with databases and data modeling Interest in application security Understanding of system design and software architecture It is especially interesting if you have experience with secure coding or security reviews, have worked with DevSecOps or security in development processes, and are curious about or have experience with AI in development.
