B-Class Driver | Lernia | Gothenburg

We are looking for a reliable, service-minded, and responsible B-class driver who enjoys independent work and customer contact. This position is a consulting assignment through Lernia with placement in the Gothenburg area and involves distribution and delivery of goods to customers throughout the region. You will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client, with the possibility of transitioning to direct client employment for the right candidate. About the Role As a B-class driver, you are responsible for safe and timely delivery of goods using a passenger car or light commercial vehicle. The work involves daily deliveries, loading and unloading, handling delivery notes, and simple administration in mobile systems. You work independently in the field and represent both the client and Lernia when meeting with recipients. Your Main Responsibilities Conduct daily deliveries and distribution within the assigned district Load and unload goods and secure cargo during transport Document deliveries and register information in our systems Contact customers during delivery and handle any discrepancies Perform simple administrative tasks related to driving and delivery What You Need to Succeed We are looking for someone who is punctual, thorough, and service-minded. You are accustomed to working independently and take responsibility for ensuring that deliveries are completed safely and correctly. You have good communication skills and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Required Qualifications B-class driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Experience in distribution or driving work is a plus Comfortable using a mobile phone or tablet for digital reporting Personal Qualities You are stress-resilient, service-minded, and have a safe approach to driving. You are thorough with documentation and enjoy customer contact. Team spirit and strong communication skills are highly valued.
