We are now seeking two Deviation Managers to quality assure the handling of deviations within Care and Housing Facilities! We are introducing a new type of role to quality assure the handling of deviations and create an efficient and standardized process. The position is time-limited, but if desired results are achieved, there is an opportunity for extension. About the Role The role contributes to systematic quality work by identifying risks and patterns, thereby reducing the risk of recurring deviations, following up on incidents, conducting analyses, and contributing to organizational learning. The role thus involves work with continuous improvements and contributes to safe and secure care and support. Your Responsibilities The position involves close collaboration with relevant operations, managers, development functions, management group, and the quality unit. - Handle deviations and prepare documentation for decisions by the unit manager - Close deviations following the unit manager's decision - Follow up on, compile, and analyze deviations at an aggregated level - Provide support to unit managers and operations managers regarding deviations and assist in investigations - Support the unit manager with documentation and investigations in the operations system - Initiate improvement work that reduces or prevents similar incidents from occurring - Identify patterns and risks through systematic analysis - Prepare reports, analyses, and statistics for management - Participate in quality work and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders Your Accountability You will provide support to the manager in deviation management by: - Contributing to lawful handling of deviations - Being responsible for ongoing follow-up and statistics - Reporting risks of misconduct or actual misconduct to the unit manager - Requesting information from relevant managers when needed - Participating in deviation meetings or investigations - Providing learning examples to the operations About You To succeed and thrive in this assignment, you need to meet the following requirements: - Trained nursing assistant, registered nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, social worker, or other university education with extensive experience in elderly care - Experience from care and housing facilities and/or home care services - Experience with quality work or deviation management - Knowledge of the Social Services Act and quality management systems - Experience working in digital systems - Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing - Category B driving license We are looking for someone with a strong ability to work in a structured and analytical manner. You drive processes independently, take initiative, and have a strong ability to coordinate work with others. You also have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to your audience. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Employment Information One project position, full-time, from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
