You ensure that planned tracts align with customer orders and work closely with the flow manager to achieve the correct inventory levels in the geographical area. An important part of the role is also to ensure high quality for landowners by optimizing harvesting and management measures. This is what you will do: Create, administer, and make decisions on forest management measures, road maintenance, and culture and nature conservation Tract planning for thinning and final felling Maintain systems and tools that support the planning process Conduct ongoing consultations with both internal and external parties To some extent support timber buyers in market development work to evaluate new business opportunities Contribute to and participate in work to strengthen our safety and health culture within operations The geography you will work in is Vansbro and Gagnef and surrounding areas, with office placement in Vansbro. You report to the flow manager. Who are we looking for To succeed in this role, we see that you are self-driven and have the ability to plan and prioritize your work efficiently. You make well-founded decisions that contribute to the company's goals. The role is an important part of the entire production chain and involves close collaboration with landowners, colleagues, and external partners, which requires good communication skills and a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships. We also see that you have forestry education/experience.
