1 position(s). Together with colleagues and suppliers, you will create the conditions for consistent and high-quality cleaning across the city's properties. As a contract manager, you will be responsible for the city's cleaning contracts and lead efforts to develop processes and ensure quality to contribute to a pleasant environment and good working conditions. Your responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for all of the city's cleaning contracts and processes related to cleaning. This includes financial responsibility with monitoring and invoice management. You will work with contract monitoring and ensure that suppliers meet contractual requirements. Supplier follow-ups occur as needed and through planned annual reviews. You are skilled at being demanding while also building good relationships through close dialogue with suppliers. You will participate as an expert in procuring new cleaning contracts and contribute your specialized expertise. In this role, you will supervise two cleaning coordinators who focus heavily on quality monitoring. Together, you will drive development and improvement efforts in this area. You will perform quality inspections/audits, according to INSTA 800, to ensure cleaning quality. Your expertise It is important to you to make well-founded decisions, and you will benefit from your expertise in finance and thorough work methods. Your background is from the cleaning industry in a leadership role or other relevant experience in the field. You have worked with quality monitoring, contracts, and supplier management, and you thrive in a role that offers variety in your daily work. You have academic education in a relevant area or relevant work experience. It is an advantage if you have experience procuring cleaning services and understand the procurement process.
