Do you want to leverage your experience in construction and infrastructure projects to develop public procurement contracts and create agreements that make a real difference for Sweden's municipalities and regions? As a Contract Manager at Adda, you'll combine your knowledge of contracts and construction with business development and societal impact. About the role As a Contract Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of contracts within Construction and Real Estate. You follow these contracts throughout their entire lifecycle and work to ensure they function well and create maximum value for our customers. In this role, you maintain close and ongoing dialogue with customers and suppliers. You provide support on contract and call-off questions, interpret and apply construction contracts and relevant standard agreements, and monitor how the contracts perform in practice. Through dialogue, monitoring, and market knowledge, you identify improvement opportunities and drive development within your contract areas. You work in a category-driven manner together with the category manager and other team members. Insights and experience from your contracts become important input when we develop the category and create future offerings and procurements. We also continuously develop our working methods. You'll therefore have the opportunity to explore how AI, digital tools, and new methods can help us analyze information, streamline processes, and create greater customer value. You don't need to be an AI or digitalization expert, but we want you to be curious about technology and willing to try new ways of working. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need: experience with construction and infrastructure projects knowledge of relevant standard agreements and regulations in the construction field experience working with contracts, construction projects, client matters, or similar ability to understand and handle both technical and contractual matters It is a plus if you have: experience from a municipality, region, or other public sector organization experience from a client organization knowledge of public procurement and applicable regulations experience with contract monitoring and supplier dialogue To succeed in this role To succeed in this role, you need to thrive with both maintaining what works and driving development forward.
