The Care and Services Administration with approximately 1,500 employees is one of the administrations in the City of Mölndal and includes elderly care, functional support, and health and medical care. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Through the relief worker service, guardians are given the opportunity for respite care. As a relief worker, you perform the service in the family's home or nearby area. Work duties vary based on the family's situation and needs. Tasks may include providing support with hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, communication, play, and lighter forms of homework help. The companion service aims to provide the individual with support across various life areas. As a companion, you support the individual in carrying out various activities. You provide support in planning and preparation based on the individual's wishes and needs. The goal of the service can be to practice using public transportation, participate in social settings, and engage in meaningful activities. Activities are planned with the individual and may include, for example, bowling, exercising, visiting museums, or going to the cinema. Assignments average 15-20 hours/month and there is the opportunity to perform one or more assignments. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Experience and knowledge of disabilities • Experience with visual support pedagogy/AAC • Experience working with a low-affect approach • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. • Experience and knowledge of autism • Experience working with challenging behavior Meritorious for the position: • Education in care and services or children and leisure. • Interest and knowledge in video games, fitness, sports, music, dance, social sciences, history, nature, dogs, and other animals. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Commencement date: By agreement.
