Your Responsibilities You have personnel and work environment responsibility for a team of professionals consisting of home care assistants, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and a coordinator who handles scheduling and staffing, among other duties. In total, approximately 25 employees. Here you create participation, motivation, and engagement that lead to a good work environment, quality, and high patient safety. You systematically drive quality improvement work with a quality group and have continuous follow-ups with the unit manager in both operational matters and longer-term strategic perspectives. HR, finance, communications, and development management support the operations. Your Qualifications You have clear leadership and are accustomed to thinking solution-focused and forward-driven. We would like to see previous leadership experience, but this could also be your first time stepping into a management role. Regardless, you have the ability to engage in challenging dialogues by combining clarity with personal consideration. You are trained as a nurse and have experience working in healthcare and social care or social work. It is an advantage if you also have experience in municipal care with home healthcare, support services (LSS), or elderly care.
