What Does the Role Offer? As a department manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation in Halmstad. You lead a team of project managers who in turn drive projects together with electricians, and you create conditions for both profitable business and well-functioning collaboration in the organization. The role combines leadership with business responsibility. You work closely with the operation, follow up on projects and results, and drive development forward together with the team. Examples of Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and monitor project managers and operations • Be responsible for the department's results, forecasts, and follow-up • Drive business through customer dialogue, bids, pricing, and closing • Ensure quality, progress, and profitability in projects • Contribute to the development of work methods, structure, and business • Be part of the region's management group and contribute to the whole The focus is both on maintaining a stable business and creating continued growth together with the team. Who Are You? You are a confident leader who thrives close to operations and who has the ability to create structure, engagement, and clarity in everyday work. You are unpretentious in your manner and have an easy time building relationships, both internally and externally. You have a background in contracting and a good understanding of how projects are driven from bid to execution and follow-up. You are experienced in working with business, finance, and customer relationships and have a good understanding of contracting terms, agreements, and risks. Your background may be in electrical work, construction, or a related industry, but you bring experience from working in a project-based operation where business acumen and structure are decisive.
