About the Role As Department Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing the department's operations and business. The role is broad and in many ways means you function as "CEO of the department," with responsibility for creating new business, developing existing customer relationships, and ensuring that operations achieve set targets. You will lead an organization of approximately 35 employees and manage operations with a turnover of approximately 130 MSEK. You have personnel responsibility for the organization and work closely with project managers and other functions to plan, prepare, and execute assignments efficiently and profitably. The role includes, among other things: Have overall responsibility for the department's results, finances, and development Lead, coach, and develop employees and create a clear and engaging direction Responsible for sales and actively working the market to create new business opportunities Develop existing customer relationships and ensure a long-term profitable business Plan and prepare upcoming work together with the organization Follow up on projects, results, and key figures and take action when needed Drive the department strategically forward and identify new opportunities Participate in the region's management group and contribute to the region's continued development Work closely with project managers, workshop manager, and central functions within Bravida This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process itself but you will be employed by Bravida. The position is full-time with office hours and is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate. This is a long-term need.
