Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and electrical power sector, and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes and are now looking for two Division Managers who want to be part of the journey! Is it you? Together we make a difference for the entire society. The Station Divisions Borås/Skövde and Kungsbacka/Göteborg work within the voltage range 0.4–400 kV with maintenance, projects, and fault correction in switchgear, control systems, and other electrical power equipment. Our customers are primarily industries and some larger energy companies. As Division Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, employees, work environment, and results for a division with approximately 25 employees. You lead the operation through project managers, service managers, project support staff, and electrical power technicians, and create conditions for safe, efficient, and profitable delivery. We are in an expansive phase with good opportunities for continued growth, and you will have an important role in developing both the business and our operations. Examples of Areas of Responsibility Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers in the operation Ensure a good work environment and a high safety focus Responsible for budget, forecasts, results, and operational monitoring Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities Participate in procurement, tender work, and contract negotiations Drive improvement work and develop work methods for increased quality and efficiency You report to the Business Area Manager Stations South and are part of a management team together with ten peer managers.
