Department Manager Electrical Industrilandslaget is now seeking an engaged and experienced Department Manager for Electrical to our operations in Skellefteå. In this key role, you will lead and develop our electrical department, with responsibility for both contract work and service projects within electrical installations. The Role of Department Manager Electrical As department manager, you have a key role in driving and developing the business. You are responsible for the entire process, from estimation and project planning to budgeting, execution, and delivery. You will lead recruitment and development of employees and ensure that our projects maintain the highest quality and profitability goals. The role also involves building a strong team and establishing good, long-term customer relationships. Your areas of responsibility include: Safety, work environment, and environmental matters in electrical installations Estimation and budgeting of electrical projects Procurement and purchasing of materials and services Resource planning and efficient allocation for project execution Ensuring the financial results of projects with continuous monitoring Documentation and quality assurance according to contracts and industry standards Maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships Leading and developing your team within the electrical department Who Are You? To succeed in the role of electrical department manager, we see that you have: Experience in electrical installations and project management Experience from a similar leadership role with budget and personnel responsibility Experience managing projects, from smaller service assignments to larger contracts Good knowledge of AMA, AB04, and other relevant industry standards Ability to work systematically with finances, time planning, and resource allocation Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing, as well as good computer skills Class B driver's license We are looking for a self-driven, structured, and motivated leader with a strong interest in electrical installations.
