About the role As Department Manager, Electrical, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical operations and become a key person in the organization's continued development. The role involves broad responsibility where you work with business development, finance, personnel management, and project management. You will lead and develop an experienced team of employees while ensuring that the business is run efficiently, profitably, and with high quality. You will have close contact with both customers and employees and become an important part of creating long-term relationships and new business opportunities.
