Your Assignment As Produce Manager, you hold a key role in the store and are responsible for ensuring the department is always well-stocked, fresh, and inspiring. Key Responsibilities Manage orders and product replenishment Ensure high quality and freshness in the department Actively work with campaigns and sales-driving displays Monitor sales and waste Plan work in the department Be present in the store and assist customers Who Are You? Have experience with Produce, preferably in a supervisory role Are driven, organized, and self-directed Have a strong eye for displays, quality, and sales Thrive in a fast-paced environment with practical retail work Are service-oriented and experienced with customer interaction About the Position Full-time Weekend work may occur Probationary period applies Start date by agreement About ICA Kvantum Solna Centrum We are an established store in Solna with a focus on customer experience, fresh products, and continuous development.
