We are now seeking an engaged shift supervisor who wants to be part of developing our operations in Sundbyberg. In this role, you will be an important part of the local management team and will be responsible for daily operations, where you lead, support, and coach our employees in their daily work. You work closely with team leaders, other supervisors, and management to ensure high quality in our deliveries and that operations are conducted in an efficient and professional manner. As a shift supervisor, you function as the link between operations, the customer, and operational management. You are responsible for monitoring operations, handling staffing, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and contributing to a good work environment. The role also involves close collaboration with our customers where you build long-term relationships and ensure that the assignment is delivered according to agreement. You are expected to work in a structured manner with follow-ups, development of routines, and continuous improvements to create the best possible conditions for both employees and customers. You work closely with the customer, often on-site in their organization, to build good relationships and ensure high quality in the delivery. We are looking for someone who is a confident and clear leader with a genuine interest in people and business development. You have high integrity, good collaboration skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. You are experienced in communicating with different types of people and have the ability to create engagement, trust, and participation in your team.
