Riga Social Service Riga Social Service announces a competition for automobile driver (profession code 8322 01) position applicants Riga Social Service is a subordinate institution of the Welfare Department of Riga City Municipality that provides social assistance, organizes and provides social services, as well as ensures assistant services to residents of Riga in the municipality. Position objective - ensure transportation of employees, monitor the vehicle's technical condition. We will entrust: driving and servicing a vehicle intended for transportation of Service employees, monitoring, repairing and servicing the vehicle; ensuring careful use of the vehicle during work processes, ensuring cleanliness in the vehicle interior and maintaining the vehicle body; timely informing the department head about necessary repairs and parts or component replacement, organizing performance of routine maintenance; timely organizing vehicle technical inspections and informing the department head about necessary documentation preparation; timely ensuring summer and winter tire replacement in accordance with road traffic safety requirements; following specified fuel consumption standards; weekly filling out unified travel logs; monthly submitting a report of kilometers traveled and fuel consumed according to routes; performing minor repairs at the Service premises within the scope of your knowledge and abilities (light bulb replacement, handle repairs, plumbing work, etc.); performing transportation of Service employees and performing courier duties by delivering documents, supplies, or office materials to other Service addresses; participating in arranging work spaces for Service employees, assisting in moving and preparing furniture for use. We expect: Education – general or secondary vocational; state language proficiency at A2 level (basic level); category B driver's license (minimum 1 year); high level of interpersonal culture and good communication skills; independence in task execution and ability to organize your work. We offer: employment for an indefinite period; social guarantees (including health insurance, vacation allowance after one year of work once per calendar year up to 50% of monthly salary, and paid additional leave up to 10 working days); monthly salary - 1055.00 EUR (before tax); work location - Baznicas iela 19/23, Riga.
