Come train to become a BUS DRIVER and secure stable employment for yourself! We are looking for B or C, C1 vehicle drivers to join our team with the opportunity to obtain a Category D driver qualification. TRAINING START DATES: training group from B to D: October 22 of this year; training group from C, C1 to D: September 15 of this year. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: at least 24 years old secondary or vocational education Category B, C or C1 vehicle driver's license preferred experience driving B, C or C1 category vehicles good interpersonal and communication skills TRAINING PROCESS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT AMOUNT: Training from C to D category: upon starting the partnership, a training agreement will be signed; financial support: the company covers 100% of training costs (~ EUR 1100), of which EUR 600 you will repay us within one year from when you start working at the company; for full payment of training costs, you must work continuously at the company for at least 2 years. Training from B to D category: upon starting the partnership, a training agreement will be signed; initial payment of EUR 100 required; financial support: the company covers the remaining training costs (~ EUR 2000), of which EUR 1200 you will repay us within two years from when you start working at the company; for full payment of training costs, you must work continuously at the company for at least 2 calendar years. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: passenger transportation by bus according to schedule; quality passenger service; working with a cash register; ticket sales to passengers. THE COMPANY OFFERS: work at a stable company; work locations in Limbažos, Ainažos or Siguldā. monthly salary from EUR 1700 to EUR 2200 (before tax); partial coverage of travel expenses from place of residence to workplace; opportunity to combine with work at another company; health insurance policy after one year of work; full social benefits; training before starting job duties; professional work environment.
