About the operationKiruna Ore Processing's mission is to refine ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, enriching, and pelletizing. The department consists of a total of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the remaining four are support sections within quality, technical and process development, material processes, and maintenance.

Your role
As an electrician focused on automation in the Processing department, you'll experience a varied workday where you work in an organized manner and collaborate with other functions. Now we are looking for automation technicians for Pellets Plants 2 and 3. We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, collaboration-oriented, and has a strong safety mindset. Common tasks include electrical installation and minor projects, general power and lighting, installation and replacement of instruments, automation systems, and work with power electronics. You will participate in optimizing control loops and adapting measurement equipment, as well as working with preventive and corrective maintenance.
What you bring with you
Upper secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent is a requirement
Class B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement
Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement
A couple of years of experience from professions such as electrician, automation technician, or instrument technician is a merit
