You want to understand why things work the way they do, you communicate easily with others, and you thrive in a role combining independent work with teamwork. It's important that you have relevant foundation in automation, control systems, HVAC, operations and maintenance, and that you want to continue developing in building automation. We'd like to see Relevant education in automation, operations and maintenance, HVAC, or equivalent industry experience.
