You will contribute with deep technical expertise, confident customer dialogue and responsibility in delivery. The branch currently consists of 24 employees working with building automation and we look forward to welcoming you to the team. The branch office is located in Kungsbacka with an office also in Halmstad, and assignments will be available in Greater Gothenburg, Kungsbacka, Härryda and northern Halland. Your Assignment In this role you will work with service, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming and development of control and monitoring solutions in existing buildings. You will have an important role in strengthening specialist expertise within the team and help Assemblin continue to grow within service, framework agreements and long-term customer relationships. You will work with customers in, for example, municipalities, regions, hospital environments, schools, care homes, residential buildings, offices and other socially important buildings. The assignments can be both planned projects and urgent matters, and often require the ability to quickly understand technical relationships, prioritize correctly and find sustainable solutions. Examples of Responsibilities Take specialist responsibility for controls, service, commissioning, programming and supervisory systems. Work with troubleshooting and technical solutions in more complex service assignments. Contribute expertise within SCADA, BMS, PLC/DUC and integration between building systems. Support the team technically and be a reliable knowledge carrier in assignments and customer dialogues. Plan and drive your own assignments with responsibility for delivery, self-inspections and quality. When needed, contribute to estimates, pricing, technical assessments and solution proposals. Help build further on expertise, working methods and mentoring within the team. Depending on your expertise and work experience, you may, in the team consisting of project managers, commissioning technicians, control installers, programmers and integrators, hold one or more of the roles. Working Method The role involves a combination of field work, office work and the possibility of working from home. For certain specialist assignments and system-related parts, the work may involve more time related to office/project work, but the arrangement is determined by the assignment, customer and your expertise. Mandatory team meetings are held at a reasonable level, while the team is encouraged to have check-ins, experience sharing and collaboration to create strong belonging even when work is geographically spread out. We Believe You Have Several years of experience in building automation, controls/regulation, service, commissioning or programming. Several years of experience with Arigo, Citect, Beckhoff and/or Regin. Good understanding of electrical systems, electrical cabinets, electrical diagrams and technical systems in buildings. Knowledge of networks and communication between systems. Experience working independently with customers and taking responsibility for complete assignments. Ability to plan your work, perform self-inspections and ensure delivery. Communicative skills and confidence in dialogue with customers, project managers, technicians and engineers. Swedish and English in speech and writing. Category B driver's license. Meritorious Experience You have worked with public contracts, municipalities, regions, hospitals or larger property portfolios. You have experience with supervisory systems and want to specialize further.
