Lexit Group Sweden is seeking an experienced Automation Solution Designer who wants to take a key role in the company's strategic investment in warehouse automation. For someone who combines deep understanding of logistics flows and automation with strong business acumen, this is an opportunity to influence both customer development and the establishment of a growing business area in the Nordic market. As a central part of the Logistic Solution business area, you will work closely with the Strategic Business Lead, a role that is also being recruited into the company. Together you will form a strong team where your role is to be responsible for developing and designing advanced automation solutions from Hai Robotics. The role spans analysis, solution design, business value, and consulting, with a focus on translating complex operational needs into scalable and profitable solutions for customers. You will work through the entire customer journey – from needs analysis and operations mapping to solution design, business case, and investment documentation. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the development of Lexit Group's automation offerings through the company's Center of Excellence. In this role, you will serve as the link between the customer's operations, technology, and business. By analyzing processes, material flows, and key metrics, you identify development potential and design solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Work location is flexible, with office presence in Gothenburg approximately one day per week or every other week. Key Responsibilities Analyze warehouse and logistics flows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities. Design and calculate customized automation solutions. Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment documentation. Serve as technical and business partner to the Strategic Business Lead throughout the sales process. Evaluate alternative solution scenarios and recommend optimal design. Support implementation and ensure the solution delivers expected business value. Contribute to cross-selling and development of existing customer relationships. Participate in marketing activities, customer events, and industry trade shows. Contribute to the development of methods, tools, and offerings within automation. We are looking for someone with an established network within warehouse and logistics. You are working in a similar role today, and perhaps already in a team where you now have the opportunity to build and establish something new with strong backing from the company. To succeed, you have experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, supply chain, or operations development, and have documented ability to translate technical possibilities into business value. You are used to analyzing complex flows, building investment calculations, and creating decision documentation and presenting to both operational departments and management groups. You likely have higher education in, for example, logistics, automation, industrial engineering, or systems development, or equivalent experience from relevant roles in the industry. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in the design and development of automation solutions within warehouse and logistics. Good understanding of logistics flows, business processes, and digital support systems. Experience with business cases, ROI calculations, and investment analyses. Ability to communicate and build trust at both operational and strategic levels. Professional Swedish and English in speech and writing.
