As a Business Process Automation Developer, you will be part of an international team working on digitalization and automation of Epiroc's business processes.

About the Role
As a Business Process Automation Developer, you work hands-on developing and enhancing digital workflows and process solutions. You are involved throughout the entire development chain – from understanding operational needs and translating them into technical solutions, to building, testing, deploying, and further developing the processes.
This could include developing:
Forms and user flows
Approval processes and work queues
Decision logic and business rules
Integrations with other systems
Processes that handle different steps, wait times, and exceptions
You also work on testing, troubleshooting, logging, error handling, and version control to ensure solutions function reliably over time.
An important part of the role is collaborating with process owners, business representatives, and technical teams to transform manual or fragmented workflows into digital processes that work in practice.
The role is therefore not just about automating individual tasks, but about building cohesive and scalable process solutions.
Who We Think You Are
We believe you have experience developing digital workflows, process automation, or similar solutions used in practice. You don't need to be an expert in a specific platform, but you have a solid understanding of BPM or workflow solutions and have worked on developing process flows yourself.
You thrive at the intersection of business and technology and enjoy understanding needs, asking questions, and translating complex or manual workflows into clear and usable digital solutions.
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
BPM, workflow automation, or business process automation
BPM or workflow platforms
Forms, approval flows, and decision logic
Integrations, APIs, or databases
Testing, troubleshooting, and production support
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and curious. You take ownership of your solutions and enjoy working closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You are willing to ask questions and challenge unclear requirements, while being motivated by building solutions that work in practice.
Practical Information
This is a full-time position starting as a consultant employment through Xamera, with the ambition to transition to a permanent position at Epiroc after approximately one year.
The role is based in Stockholm or Örebro, with good opportunities for hybrid and remote work.
Start date is by mutual agreement and taking into account any notice period. Before starting, drug and alcohol testing will be conducted.
