RP SIA "Rīgas satiksme" (Registration No. 40003619950) BUS DRIVER From 24 years old with category B or acquired category D (Profession code: 833101) We offer you: flexible work schedule with the option to work mornings or afternoons, as well as split shifts, according to public transport schedules and intensity; the opportunity to commute to/from work by company transport during night hours; health insurance policy after six months of employment; paid vacation and other days off, welfare support program for you and your family; professional and personal development training, sports and recreational activities; hourly rate of 9.00 EUR per hour from the first day of work and quarterly bonus up to 15%, if your skills meet the job requirements; supplements for night work, split shifts, holidays, overtime. If you have: Category D and code 95; State language level B1 or education obtained in the state language; emotional resilience and the ability to work under stress while ensuring passenger safety and quality service; good cooperation and customer service skills, you will gain experience with us. We cover the cost of driving school training for category D and/or code 95: Category D can be obtained from age 24; must have category B or C driver's license; we offer a scholarship during training; after training you must work continuously with the company for three years.
