About the role as Auction Broker – freedom, business, and relationships
As an auction broker at Blinto, you are responsible for selling and executing our auction services in your district. The districts include Malmö and surrounding areas as well as Eslöv and Höör and surrounding areas. You work closely with business customers in different industries and of varying sizes – no two days are alike.
The role is independent, but you are never alone. You are part of an engaged team and have ongoing support from Blinto's organization – together we succeed!
Examples of work tasks:
• Actively build and develop customer relationships through scheduled and spontaneous business visits
• Sell Blinto's auction solution and create long-term partnerships
• Document objects for auction (text, photos, and video)
• Monitor and support both sellers and bidders throughout the entire auction process
• Negotiate and close deals if the reserve price is not met
In short: you follow your customers all the way – from first meeting to completed deal.

Your profile – Who are you?
We are looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in a role where you create your own business opportunities. You are accustomed to working proactively – via phone, customer visits, and your network.
We see that you:
• Have previous sales experience
• Have a valid driver's license (category B)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have good English skills (many of our buyers are international)
It is a merit if you have an established network within, for example, the automotive, freight, or construction industry.
As a person, you are driven, structured, and responsible. You like to set goals – and achieve them. At the same time, you are relationship-building, positive, and confident in dialogue with customers.
