Main Job Responsibilities: Support children's daily activities and provide individual support in their personal development; Care for children and meet their needs, help them develop hygiene and cultural behavior skills; Help children feel comfortable in the group environment, participate in classes and events; Provide support in the learning process; Ensure the safety and well-being of both the specific child and other children in the group in a safe and non-threatening environment. Requirements: At least general secondary education; High sense of responsibility; Ability to work under high-stress conditions; State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with the State Language Law requirements; Ability to collaborate, participate, and organize your work. We Offer: Standard working hours: 40 hours per week; Salary: EUR 858 per month (gross); Vacation bonus: 50% of monthly salary; Paid professional development; Health insurance policy (after probation period).
