Attunda District Court is one of the country's largest district courts, i.e., a general court of first instance. We are approximately 170 employees. The District Court is a development-oriented workplace with engaged and knowledgeable staff. The court always strives for developed leadership and employee engagement. Operations are conducted in modern and fit-for-purpose facilities at Sollentuna Station, only 15 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Central Station. The main building is connected to Sollentuna's landmark, Färgskrapan. In addition to the district court's own facilities, Färgskrapan houses some of the country's largest courtrooms and high-security rooms that are available to all Swedish courts. 2 position(s). In the role as court administrator, you are offered varied, interesting, and developmental tasks in one of society's most important operations. The District Court is seeking one or more new employees for its goal-oriented departments as well as the coordination and archive unit. The work involves As a court administrator, you are responsible for preparing and handling the court's criminal cases, civil disputes, and matters. You assist both colleagues and the public with professional and high-quality service. You work closely with all professions at the district court, such as judges and notaries. The work is varied and your tasks include: Receiving and registering documents handling written correspondence between parties in the court's cases and matters regular contact with parties, representatives, authorities, and the public via phone and e-mail monitoring deadlines handling planning and summons to various court proceedings writing proposals for various types of decisions and judgments recording minutes at various types of court proceedings expediting judgments and decisions As a court administrator, you often handle multiple cases and matters in parallel. This is often done at a high pace due to the time limits that exist in our operations. The work is varied, social, and requires both structure and flexibility. This can include making decisions in certain matters and serving as a recorder at court proceedings. Your personal qualities Court administrators have a very important role in enabling the court to carry out its mission. It is required that through good and professional conduct you can help maintain and strengthen the public's confidence in the court. Therefore, you are expected to be service-oriented and have very good collaboration skills. You should also be a team player and be able to contribute to the group's collective work. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to take initiative, start activities, and achieve results. Furthermore, the role requires that you have well-developed planning ability. At the same time, you need to be very flexible to be able to reprioritize your work tasks as needed. The work involves the ability to adapt to changing situations and handle them in an enthusiastic and positive manner. Your digital skills need to be very strong as we work with digital tools and our operations are continuously becoming more digitalized. Finally, the role also requires good problem-solving ability. From a holistic perspective and the regulations governing our operations, you should be able to analyze the situation and find your own solutions. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability in the aspects mentioned. This also means that you stand up for democratic values and act in accordance with the state values that guide the operations of Sweden's courts. We also require that you follow Sweden's laws.
